Work Schedule: 8a-8p covering the dates above

Facility Size: 10 rooms

Census Per Provider: 25-35 patients per provider per day average during the flu season

Types of Cases Seen Daily? Illness, Injury, Occupational Medicine, All ages, Urgent Care, primary care, wellness.

Records – EMR Used? EPIC for Urgent Care, Agility EMR for Occupational Medicine

What does a typical day look like? Typical Urgent Care, the clinic has an Occupational Medicine clinic that is open from 8a-5p Monday through Friday. The Urgent Care is open 7-days a week. The provider will be handing urgent care patients, both scheduled and walk-in’s.

Workers comp, worksite injuries are very common place at this urgent care

What certifications are required? Boarded in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Ped. DOT certified is a plus. Working on any additional certs.

Is the provider required to have a COVID vaccine? Must have COVID vaccine

Credentialing Timeframe? Emergency Privileges Available? Their credentialing takes a week, the delay is from responses to references and verifications. There is no hospital credentialing involved.
