Number of OR Rooms: 12
Provider will be working with all ages.
Client is looking for full time coverage!
7am-5pm Mon-Fri
No call required.
OR volume is high. 11 OR rooms booked 7am-5pm or 7am-7pm, 4 off site locations and 3 ambulatory OR rooms
Case mix is 6 months old and up. Peds are healthy ent and dental
All specialties with the exception of open heart
NBCRNA - Required
MI license or IMLC - Required
BLS and ACLS - Required
PALS - preferred

• No call
