Types of cases: General, Ortho, Ortho-spine, OB/Gyn, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Peds, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Thoracic. No Cardiac. No Trauma. Physicians Medically Direct 95% of the time.
EMR: Medaxion
Care Team Model: 23 CRNA; 6 MD
Shifts: Monday - Friday 6a-4p; weekend and call optional

Requirements:
Must have FL license
Must be Board Certified
BLS, ACLS and PALS
