5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 15:00

7a-3p (Call hours 7a-7a daily) *20 minute response time
*5 weeks on 2 weeks off (rotated between between provider while working)


Additional Details:

Supervising as needed
Type of cases required- Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, General, Orthro
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient
Case logs required- Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
Support staff during day 1 MD/2 CRNA
OR 2 rooms, Endo 1 room, CV 0, Catho Lab 0, IR Room 0
EMR- EPIC
Vaccination required- Need to be vaccinated, accepting exemptions
