COMPENSATION AND PERKS
- $625k Base Salary
- Optional 2-year partnership track
- 10 weeks vacation
- Full benefits, 401k match, profit sharing, CME allowance of $2k
- $50k retention bonus year 2, $10k relocation

FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule: M-F 7:30a-3:30p
- Supervision model 1:3
- Total 15 CRNAs
- Anesthesiologists will do their own cases and supervise up to 3 ORs

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Team player who enjoys a collaborative environment
- Bread and butter cases, GI, OB, healthy peds, podiatry
