3, Day (13 Hours) 6:00 (Flexible) - 19:00 (Flexible)

Full time, 6a-7p, 6p-7a. Need nights, days and weekends (Monday-Sunday ) Requirements: 3- 13 hour shift rotating 50% days/50% nights which is roughly 6 days and 6 nights per schedule. With 4 weekend shifts per schedule, Fri nights count as a weekend.



• Coverage Type: 3 x 13 hour shifts; Locum needs to be open to days and nights. Or nights only. No days only providers.

• Practice Setting: ICU
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 7
• Beds: 7 will be expanding to 10 by January
• Patient Age Group: Adult
• Procedures: bread and butter ICU and Med Surg. There is 1 to 2 burn patients. No intubations, no lines, no vents, no transplants, no ECHO, no heads, no EVD, no complex neuro stroke. The APPs are “responding clinicians” only. No procedures.
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d
• State License(s): MA. If they are PAs it takes 3- 5 weeks. No NPs that need licensure. It takes much longer. PAs only
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 2+ years in critical care


Typical Day: APP will round with Attending in the morning, complete tasks and round again in the afternoon.
