Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, temporary Registered Nurse (Locum Tenens) to provide expert nursing care in a dynamic clinical setting. This locum position offers the opportunity to work closely with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care for a diverse patient population.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute patient care plans, adjusting based on evolving patient needs and goals.
Conduct assessments and collaborate closely with the healthcare team, patients, and families to optimize outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on health management and self-care strategies to promote well-being and recovery.
Document and communicate health data and interventions with physicians and team members.
Offer psychological support and ensure a compassionate care environment.
If experienced, participate in rounds for wound, ostomy, and skin care; monitor treatment effectiveness and update care plans accordingly.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA standards and adhere to the latest evidence-based practices in patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:
Valid Nursing License in Pennsylvania.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
BLS/CPR Certification required.
Relevant RN experience preferred; locum tenens experience a plus.
