The Practice:

Traditional outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding duties
No Obstetrics required
Average 2-4 inpatients per day
1:6 ED call
Current group consists of 3 APPs
$350K salary & $100K recruitment incentives
Relocation reimbursement, PTO, CME and paid malpractice with tail coverage
