Facility: A well-established community hospital that provides a wide range of services Opportunity: Looking for a locum or locum to perm to join their team ASAC-ongoing! 30% Hematology 70% Oncology Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physician Hem/Onc only practice Adults only No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connection to Rad Onc team at Loyola University Medical Campus, which is 5 miles from practice. No APP's in practice Documentation System/EMR: epic Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months Practice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20 Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 2 Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included.
