Dates of coverage: February 6, 7 Setting: Outpatient adult cancer patients Hospital Outpatient Department, Cancer Center, & Radiation Oncology EMR System: EPIC and Mosaiq documentation systems Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~90 days Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included.
