pecialty: Hematology/Oncology
Start Date: ASAP

Shift Details: Scheduled and on call
Schedule: Monday – Friday (days) and on call **Call availability preferred!

Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 – full time coverage needed. Want locums to focus on inpatient rounding.

· Patients per day: 30 - 40. 2 MDs and 2 APPs with pagers.
· EMR: Epic
· Hospital bed size: 590
· Special procedures: Benign hematology preferred
Benign heme will be at ANW Minneapolis.

· Skills required: Medical Oncology and Infusion Coverage required

Practice Setting:
• Hospital
• Infusion Center
• Outpatient

Requirements:
***Acute Leukemia Experience****

· Board Certification: Required - Hematology/Oncology
· License required: MH license, IMLC accepted – willing to wait for IMLC or qualify for temp MN license
· DEA: Required
· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
