I'm looking to partner with a experienced and well rounded OBGYN Surgeon to help with a need I have in Arizona! I'd love to discuss details with you, please let me know a time that works best for you.😊

Schedule:
• 8am-8am
• 24-hour beeper call

Work Details:
• Patient population/age: Adult
• Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital
• Special procedures: Must be able to perform OB and GYN duties
• Skills required: Labor and delivery duties
• EMR- Allscripts

Requirements:
• Board Certification: required
• AZ State license preferred or IMLC
• DEA: required
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days, Emergency Priv's available

I have needs and can license you in – AL, CA, IN, KS, LA, IA, ME, MI, MO, MS, ND, NM, OH, OK, PA, TX, VA, WA, WV.
