About the clinician's workday

The physician will work in a clinic during the week, providing care for OB/GYN patients, including new obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecology issues, and surgical consultations. Non-emergent surgeries are scheduled twice a week in dedicated surgical blocks. Shifts are 24 hours, from 7 am to 7 am, covering all obstetric care as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases. The position includes both clinic and inpatient call responsibilities. A NICU is available, staffed with a neonatal nurse practitioner and supported by a tele-neonatologist for backup.
