About the clinician's workday

Providers should be comfortable with all OB/GYN procedures and will provide 24/7 OB/GYN services for two weekends per month, from Friday at 8:00 AM to Monday at 8:00 AM, for call coverage. Responsibilities include covering OB/GYN call for three facilities, which involves consults, deliveries, rounding (including rounds with fellows), and performing minor and major gynecologic surgeries. The role also includes covering a practice as well as unassigned OB/GYN calls, while backing up Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Family Medicine providers with OB experience.
