Clinic coverage includes: M-F
Shift Details: Monday-Friday; 8a-5p Clinic; 7 days of call per month (weekends included) at hospital
Work Details:
· Support staff: 2 MD; 3 APP. The APPSs round 7 days/week, perform consults and assist with discharges.
· EMR: Epic
· Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Avg. Day: 20-25 patients in clinic

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC in Urology or board eligible
· License required: Yes "Will consider IMLC"
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, CSR & DEA

*Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days*
